The pickUP app is available on the App Store and Google Play. Download it to your phone and sign in with your phone number or WhatsApp.

Open the app and enter your destination. Check your pickup location, choose a vehicle option and review your fare estimate before confirming. Once matched, you can view your driver’s details and track their arrival.

Fares take into account the distance travelled and time taken for your ride. Enter your destination in the app to see an estimate before requesting.

Enter your destination and confirm your pickup location to see estimates for the available vehicle types. Fares are shown in Barbados dollars (BBD). Estimates can vary with traffic and waiting time.

Yes. The current pickUP app offers on-demand rides and the option to reserve a ride in advance. Check the app for available scheduling options.

There is currently no cancellation fee for rides cancelled before your driver arrives. Please respect your driver’s time and use in-app messaging if you are running late or no longer need the ride.

The app is not currently optimised for adding stops. Request separate trips for each part of your journey if you need multiple stops.

Pay with cash, Visa or Mastercard. To add a card, open Wallet, choose Add Card and save your details before requesting a ride.

You can add a card once the app has registered that you are in Barbados. Try again after you arrive on the island.

If you select card payment, your card is charged when the ride ends. If you select cash, pay your driver directly. Remember to rate and review your driver.
